On June 9th, 2010 the Environmental Law Foundation filed Notices of Violation of the California Proposition 65 Toxics Right to Know law, alleging lead was found in children's and baby foods. For the following products, one or more samples exceeded the Prop 65 limit of 0.5 micrograms of lead per serving:
All of the products tested showed .5 micrograms of lead per serving in one or more samples.
